New NHS WALES APP is LIVE! (this replaces My Health Online)
Currently registration and identification verification for the NHS Wales App can only be completed online
To access GP services via the NHS Wales App, the following eligibility criteria is required;
- Be aged sixteen or over
- Have your own individual email address
- Have a fully verified NHS login, or valid photo ID
If you do not have photographic ID (passport or Driving Licence), please contact the surgery. One of our staff will talk you through the process of registering for the NHS Wales App without photographic ID
The NHS Wales App now supports the option to access and manage health and care services for someone else (proxy access), please contact the surgery and one of our staff will talk you through the process.
For patients who cannot or do not wish to use the NHS Wales App, you can telephone the practice or visit your local pharmacy to discuss your healthcare needs.
