If you have an urgent medical problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, you can contact the out-of-hours service by telephoning 111.  This service is free and you will not be charged for the call. If you have difficulty accessing 111 please ring 0345 46 47.

Out-of-hours services are generally very busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if your problem cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
