Flu Vaccine
The Flu vaccine reduces the risk of serious illness and we are now offering the Flu vaccine to the following groups,
- Pregnant women, helps protect both mother and baby
- Patients aged 65 years and above
- The Nasal spray vaccine is available for 2 and 3 year olds
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)
This is a common virus that can affect babies and older adults, we are currently offering this vaccine to the following groups,
- Patients aged 75 to 79
- Pregnant women from 28 weeks until delivery
Shingles Vaccine
The shingles vaccine is being offered to the following groups,
- Patients aged 50 and over who are immunocompromised
- Patients 65 years of age
- Patients aged 70 to 79
Pneumonia Vaccine
The pneumonia vaccine is being offered to those aged 65 and above

18-24 November is World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week
To mark the week, Public Health Wales is running a campaign to increase awareness of the importance of using antibiotics responsibly among the general public and healthcare professionals.
