Repeat Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescriptions online via the NHS Wales App. 

 - If you have already registered for the NHS Wales App, please log on, select prescriptions at bottom of page and select order a prescription 

 - If you are not yet registered with the NHS Wales App, you can do so by selecting https://app.nhs.wales

 - Alternatively, you can email the surgery to request a repeat prescription at prescriptions.rpcc@wales.nhs.uk

 - you can also call the surgery on 02920797751, select option 3 or wait on the line to speak to a receptionist 

Your prescription can be collected from your nominated pharmacy 48 working hours from receipt of the request.

Please Remember

• Think in advance and try not to run out of your medication.
• Only order the medication that you actually need.
• Please order all regular medication together in one monthly request.
• If there is any repeat medication that you no longer take, please inform the surgery.
• Do not share your medication with family or friends, this can prove dangerous.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be invited to speak to a clinician at least once a year to review these regular medications. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to receiving further prescriptions.

Please allow 48 working hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
